Refunds within 7 days
Within 7 days of a paid plan being activated, you can get the full amount back for any reason. Your account returns to Free; your data and bio page stay as they are, and paid-only settings simply stop showing. Upgraded from Premium to Ultra and changed your mind? We refund the difference and you go back to Premium.
UNUSED coins are refunded at the rate you topped up at (10 coins = ₫1,000) if you ask within 7 days of the top-up. Coins already spent on gifts are not refunded; a plan bought with coins is refunded under the conditions above, with the coins returned to your wallet.
Transfers that do not match
A plan activates automatically when the full amount arrives with the right order code within 24 hours. The cases below are handled by hand — your money is not lost:
- Paid less than the price: the plan is not activated. Either top up the difference or get the transfer back.
- Paid after the order's 24 hours, or to a cancelled order: we activate the plan if the amount is right, or refund it.
- Forgot or mistyped the order code in the transfer note: send us the receipt and we will match it.
- Paid twice for the same order: the extra payment is refunded.
- Coin top-up paid short or over: coins are credited automatically for the exact amount received — nothing to sort out by hand.
When refunds do not apply
- Change-of-mind requests more than 7 days after activation.
- Accounts suspended for breaking the Terms of Service.
Deleting your account does not trigger a refund — if you are still within the window, ask before deleting.
How to ask
Email [EMAIL LIÊN HỆ] with your weei.me username, the order code (WEEI…) and a screenshot of the transfer receipt if you have one. We reply within 3 business days and send the refund to the account you paid from within 7 business days of confirming.
