Accepting the terms

weei.me is operated by [TÊN CHỦ SỞ HỮU]. By signing in to or using weei.me you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You sign in with a Discord account and must be at least 13.
Your weei.me username is permanent once chosen — it cannot be changed, because shared bio links, QR codes and search results all depend on it.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not use a username to impersonate another person or organisation.

Your content

Content you post (text, links, uploads, designs) stays yours. You allow weei.me to store, technically copy and publicly display it as needed to run the service.

When you share a template publicly, you allow other users to apply that design (including the design's background and music files) to their pages. You can switch a template back to private at any time; pages that already applied it keep their copy.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

You are responsible for your posts (photos, captions) and the messages you attach to gifts. Posts reported for violations may be removed; administrators can only see a non-public post while it is under report.

Prohibited content

Do not post or link to:

Content that is illegal under Vietnamese law, or sexual content involving minors.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or other people's private information.
Scams, fake sign-in pages, or malware.
Content that infringes someone else's copyright or intellectual property.
Spam, or using weei.me to stuff search results.

We may hide templates, take down bio pages, or suspend accounts that break these rules — with or without notice, depending on severity. To report content, email [EMAIL LIÊN HỆ] or use the Report button on a template.

Virtual coins and gifts

Coins are a virtual unit used only on weei.me: every ₫1,000 topped up gives 10 coins. Coins buy gifts and the paid plans (Premium, Ultra).
Coins can NOT be exchanged back for money, have no value outside weei.me, and cannot be transferred to anyone except through the gift feature.
A gift that has been sent belongs to the recipient and cannot be taken back.
Unused coins can be refunded under the Refund Policy. Accounts suspended for violations may lose their remaining coins.

Custom domains

Only point domains you own or are allowed to use at weei.me. Registering, renewing and configuring DNS for the domain is your responsibility.

Paid plans (Premium, Ultra)

Premium and Ultra are items in the shop, bought once with coins — no renewals, no monthly charges. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. If your wallet is short, you top up exactly the missing amount via a VietQR code and the plan activates as soon as the payment lands.
Ultra includes everything in Premium plus Ultra-only features. If you are on Premium, upgrading to Ultra costs only the difference between the two prices.
It activates automatically once the full amount arrives with the right order code, within 24 hours of creating the order.
"Lifetime" means for as long as weei.me operates. A plan is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
Each plan's features may be added to or adjusted over time.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

The service and third parties

weei.me is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some features depend on outside services (Discord status, Spotify/YouTube embeds, weather) and may stop working when those services change.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid weei.me in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using weei.me and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If weei.me shuts down for good, we will give at least 30 days' notice.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the "Last updated" date will change, and significant changes will be announced on weei.me. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be raised by email at [EMAIL LIÊN HỆ].
