Who we are
weei.me is a personal bio page service operated by [TÊN CHỦ SỞ HỮU]. Send any question about your data to [EMAIL LIÊN HỆ].
This policy covers weei.me, bio pages hosted on weei.me, and custom domains pointed at weei.me.
What we collect
When you sign in with Discord we only ask for the "identify" permission. From it we store:
- Your Discord ID, username, display name and Discord avatar.
- We do NOT get your email, read your messages, or see your servers or friends.
What you create on weei.me:
- Your weei.me username, custom domain (if any), and bio page content: blocks, links, text, colours, effects.
- Files you upload: images, audio, video, fonts, cursors, decorations.
- Templates you share, templates you save, reports you submit.
Data produced while the service runs:
- The page owner's Discord status (online, playing, listening) to show on the bio page — see Third parties.
- Statistics: a total view count per page (just a number) and clicks per link (time of click, page the link was on). We do not store viewers' IP addresses or identities.
- Orders: order code, amount, status, and the bank transaction data sent back when you pay (amount, transfer note, transaction reference, time — which may include the sender's name as recorded by the bank).
- AI assistant: the requests you type and a snapshot of your design before each change, keeping the last 30 so you can undo.
- Coin wallet: your balance and every coin transaction (top-ups, purchases, adjustments by an administrator).
- Gifts: the gifts in your inventory, who sent them, the attached message and whether they were sent anonymously. When you gift anonymously the recipient does not see your name, but the system keeps it to handle abuse.
- Social: who you follow and who follows you; your posts (photo, caption, who can see it) and the reports you send. Location data (GPS) and camera details are removed from JPEG photos before they are stored.
- IP addresses: used only briefly to block sign-in and search spam, discarded after about 60 seconds. The web server may keep ordinary technical access logs.
What we use it for
- Signing you in and keeping your account.
- Showing your bio page as you designed it, with your Discord status if you turned it on.
- Showing you view and click statistics.
- Confirming payments, activating paid plans, and handling disputes and refunds.
- Fighting spam and abuse, and acting on content that breaks the Terms.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Third parties that receive data
Some parts of the service rely on outside providers. Each one receives only what it needs:
- Discord — sign-in; avatars and icons load from Discord's image servers.
- mxtbot.com — receives the page owner's Discord ID and returns the Discord status shown on the bio page. Results are cached for at most 5 minutes, not stored long-term.
- Google (Gemini) — when you use the AI assistant: receives your request and a description of the blocks on your page (including their text) to suggest edits.
- payOS and the bank — issue the payment code and report incoming transfers to the receiving account to confirm orders.
- VietQR (img.vietqr.io) — your browser loads the payment QR image from here, with the amount and order code.
- Google Fonts — browsers load the interface font from Google, so Google sees viewers' IP addresses.
- Spotify, YouTube and sites the owner links media from — when a bio page embeds music, video or images, viewers' browsers load them directly from those services.
- Open-Meteo — receives the place name the owner typed into a weather block. Viewers' location and IP are not used.
We may disclose data when a competent authority requires it under applicable law.
What is public
Your bio page is public: anyone with the link can see it, and search engines may index it. Everything you put on it — including uploaded files and your Discord status if enabled — is public.
Your profile page /u/<name> shows your follower count, the gifts you choose to display, and your posts according to the visibility you set on each one: Public (anyone), Friends (only people who follow you and whom you follow back), Only me.
When you share a template publicly, your username and avatar appear next to it and others can apply that design. Only the design is shared (layout, colours, effects, the design's background and music files) — not your links or personal text.
Storage and security
Data lives on servers we rent and manage. Sign-in sessions are stored only as hashes. From Discord we keep only a refresh token, used to revoke access when you delete your account — never an access token.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
Retention and account deletion
Data is kept until you delete it. You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Settings. On deletion we:
- Delete your profile, bio page, blocks, links, statistics, orders, templates, AI history, sessions and the files you uploaded.
- Revoke weei.me's access to your Discord account.
Not deleted: copies of a design inside other people's pages who applied a template you shared; admin action logs that mention your username; the server's technical logs (rotated automatically).
Your rights
You can view and edit most of your data in the Dashboard, and delete all of it by deleting your account. To get a copy of your data, ask what we hold, or object to a specific use, email [EMAIL LIÊN HỆ] — we reply within 30 days.
Age
You must be at least 13 to use weei.me (also Discord's minimum age). If you are under 16, you need a parent or guardian's consent. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top changes too. Significant changes to how data is used will be announced on weei.me before they take effect.
